The annual District of One event is back and set to take place on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at Blackstone-Millville Regional High School from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM. This exciting community event is open to all and promises a fantastic lineup of activities for every age group.

The District of One event is designed to bring the community together with something for everyone to enjoy.

• Free Games – Classic and interactive games for all ages.
• Touch-a-Truck – Get up close with trucks, construction vehicles, and emergency response units.
• Fire & Police Demonstrations – Learn from our local first responders with live safety demos.
• Scholastic Book Fair – Pick up some great reads for all ages.
• Sporting Events & Live Student Performances – Celebrate the talent and dedication of BMR students with sports competitions and live entertainment.

Support Local Businesses & School Organizations

District of One is not just about fun—it’s about strengthening our local community. Local businesses are invited to participate by setting up booths to advertise, connect, and engage with residents. This is a great opportunity for businesses to introduce themselves, gain local support, and make lasting connections.

Businesses can also choose to sponsor a school organization of their choice and be highlighted as a proud supporter of BMR students. Whether through participation or sponsorship, local businesses play a key role in making this event a success.

Businesses interested in joining the event can sign up using this form: Sign Up Here. Set-up can begin as early as 10:30 AM, and breakdown will take place after the event closes at 3:00 PM. Participants can stay for the full day or just a portion, with their arrival and breakdown times indicated on the form.
