Vendor Sign-Ups Open: Be Part of Blackstone’s Fall Festival

Blackstone Fall Festival: Vendors, Crafters & Food Trucks Wanted
The annual Blackstone Fall Festival is back this September at BMR High School, and it promises to be a day filled with fun, food, shopping, and community spirit. Organized by Blackstone Parks and Recreation in collaboration with the Blackstone Lions Club, the festival is now accepting sign-ups for vendors, crafters, food trucks, and local businesses who want to be part of this growing tradition.
What’s Happening at the Festival
This year’s Blackstone Fall Festival isn’t just about shopping local vendors—it’s a full day of family-friendly fun at BMR! Alongside the vendor marketplace, you’ll find:
- Live Music: Blackstone Valley Community Concert Band performing from 11 AM to 12:30 PM, The Strum Dawgs performing from 1 PM to 3 PM
- Snack Bar: Open and run by the BMYAA.
- Kids’ Activities: Pumpkin painting, games, and giant bubbles hosted by Blackstone Parks and Recreation.
These activities add even more excitement to the day and help make the festival a true community celebration.
Why Be Part of the Festival?
The Blackstone Fall Festival is designed to showcase the best of what local makers, businesses and organizations have to offer. Whether you’re a crafter with handmade goods, a food truck ready to share your menu, a small business hoping to connect with new customers, or even a local organization wanting to promote your group – this is your chance to reach a welcoming, supportive audience.
With other events happening that same weekend, the Blackstone Fall Festival stands out for its family-friendly atmosphere and central location at BMR High School, which attracts both local families and visitors from surrounding towns.
Organized for Success
Vendor coordination is being handled by the Blackstone Lions Club, who bring years of experience organizing community events. Their goal is to create a smooth, successful festival experience that benefits everyone involved.
