Ever think your furry, scaly, feathery (or maybe even slimy?) friend deserves their five minutes of fame? Well, get ready, because we’re SO excited to announce our brand new Pet Spotlight page! This is your chance to show off your amazing animal companions to the whole town. Whether you’ve got a purrfectly pampered cat, a dog who knows all the best local squirrels, a hamster with epic cheek pouches, a parrot with opinions, or even a beloved goldfish with a winning personality – we want to hear about them! Seriously, any pet is welcome! When you submit your pet, tell us all about them! We’d love to know their name, what kind of pet they are (and their breed, if you know it!), their age, and maybe a fun fact or something unique about them. What’s their favorite thing to do? Do they have a funny habit or a special toy? How did they come into your life? And most importantly, what makes your pet so special to you? So, don’t be shy, let’s celebrate the wonderful critters that bring so much joy to our lives.

Pet Spotlight Terms and Conditions
By submitting information, images, videos, and any other content (collectively referred to as “Submission”) about your pet to the Small Town Post’s Pet Spotlight section, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Grant of Rights: You hereby grant to Small Town Post, its affiliates, licensees, and assigns, a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, perform, display, and otherwise exploit your entire Submission, or any portion thereof, in any manner and in any media now known or hereafter devised, including but not limited to the Small Town Post community blog, social media channels, and any promotional materials related to the Pet Spotlight section.
2. Right to Contact: You agree that Small Town Post may contact you via the email address or other contact information provided in your submission for clarification or additional information regarding your pet or your Submission.
3. Ownership of Pet: You confirm and warrant that you are the rightful owner or authorized caregiver of the pet featured in your Submission and have the full right and authority to provide the Submission to Small Town Post.
4. Accuracy of Information: You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information provided in your Submission.
5. Appropriate Content: You agree that your Submission will be respectful, appropriate for a community blog, and will not contain any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable. Small Town Post reserves the sole right to determine what constitutes appropriate content.
6. Moderation and Editorial Rights: Small Town Post reserves the right to review, edit, modify, crop, resize, refuse to publish, or remove any Submission at its sole discretion, without notice, for any reason or no reason. Small Town Post is under no obligation to publish any Submission.
7. No Compensation: You understand and agree that you will not receive any monetary or other compensation for your Submission or for Small Town Post’s use of your Submission.
8. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Small Town Post, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees, and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your Submission or your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
9. Privacy: By submitting information, you acknowledge that the information you provide may be publicly displayed on the Small Town Post blog. Please be mindful of the personal information you choose to share about yourself and others. 10. Changes to Terms: Small Town Post reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued submission of pet information after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
