Blackstone Post Office now accepting letters to Santa

The Blackstone Post Office has put up the Santa dropbox this week. The drop box is available when you go into the Blackstone post office, right by the door.

The Blackstone Post Office has been doing Santa letters for the past few years. A lot of parents are thankful that our local Postmaster embraces the Christmas spirit and send back Santa’s personalized responses to the kids.

How do we address the letters?

Just put in “Santa” and it would be fine!

A letter addressed to the USPS Operation Santa address with a return address at the top-left and a stamp on the top-right

Should we include our address?

YES. Be sure to include your return address on the envelope so that Santa can send a letter back.

How much postage do I need?

Any postage is fine! We do recommend getting the nice new Holiday stamps available at the Post Office for only $11 per booklet (20 stamps). It’s a great way to teach the kids how to write letters and send them via the Post Office.

Until when is the Post Office Accepting letters to Santa?

The dropbox will be available until December 20th. Make sure to drop your kids’ letters as early as you can to receive a letter from Santa!

Will Santa write back?

Yes. The Postmaster will get in touch with Santa to write back. Please try and drop your letters in as early as possible!
